Panca panca forever panca….

…. cosi dice il mio amico (nonchè personal trainer Andrea).

Ieri sera ho rincominciato ad allenarmi dopo 10 gg di riposo…pensavo di essere a terra invece!

Panca piana : 12x10Kg – 12x15kg – 10x20kg – 8x25kg – 6x30kg (i pesi sono per parte, con bilancere da 18kg)

Perctoral : 12x40kg – 10x60kg – 10x80kg

Lat machine : 10x60kg – 10x80kg – 10x90kg – 6x100Kg + stripping a scalare

Arnold Press : 10x10kg – 12x10kg – 8x14kg

E stasera gambeeeeeeeeee!
